Baba Salaam Farm is a small, family-owned farm proudly serving the local communities of Southeast Wisconsin. Built on the values of integrity, stewardship, and respect for both animals and people, our farm exists to provide a transparent, trustworthy source of high-quality halal meat and farm products.
We believe that knowing where your food comes from matters. Every animal raised at Baba Salaam Farm is cared for with intention, patience, and responsibility, using practices that prioritize animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and long-term land health. Our work is guided by the belief that ethical farming today helps preserve a healthier future for generations to come.
What We Do
Our primary focus is on raising full-blood registered Dorper sheep as well as Dorper–Katahdin crosses, carefully selected for their superior meat quality, hardiness, and adaptability. These breeds allow us to consistently produce flavorful, high-quality lamb while maintaining humane and efficient farming practices.
Beyond sheep, our farm is a diversified operation. We also:
Raise egg-laying hens for fresh, farm eggs
Maintain beehives to support pollination and local ecosystems
Grow seasonal vegetables during the summer and fall months

Our mission is rooted in serving the community’s need for locally sourced, farm-fresh lamb and goat, particularly during important cultural and religious occasions such as Eid-ul-Adha.
